A DIET FOR THE TIMES

well here here goes –

 

NO fatty foods ie. mince sausages etc.

NO salt.

Cut down on carbs ie. bread pasta etc.

Cut down a lot on sugar ie no cakes lollies etc.
Eat protein rich diet – fish, seafood.

Dairy foods ok, but in small quantity.
Fruit is ok, but not too much as it contains fructose.
Buy a tin of Ensure or Sustagen Hospital grade. Have one glass a day. It’s about $25-30 a can, but it is essential for protein n vitamins.
You must STICK to this. I still do
