    Hmm…. how about:
    Instant scalloped potatoes? (messy)
    Instant Oatmeal? (less messy)
    Instant Hot Chocolate? (Yum!)
    Instant Cream of Wheat? (well, maybe)
    Uncle Ben’s “Converted” Rice?
    Had not tried any of these.
    I think, though, that any of the condensed soups would work too, as you are just adding the water needed anyway.
    I would just put a bowl or large cup underneath instead of messing up my coffee thing. It would still taste like coffee, anyway. Don’t want it to taste like coffee and scalloped potatoes as well.
